Refund Policy

At Dubai Helicopters Ride, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund policy. Please take a moment to read through the following information regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. General Guidelines
  • All refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit/debit card).
  • No cash refunds will be made, even when the original payment was made in cash.
  • Refund requests after the flight has started will not be honored.
  • If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

In rare instances, we may need to cancel your flight due to external factors beyond our control:

  • Weather Conditions: If your flight is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen external factors, no charges will be applied. You can choose to re-schedule your flight or receive a full refund.
  • Force Majeure Events: In case of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions), we will cancel the flight without any charges. Refunds will be processed or rescheduling options provided.
  • Other External Factors: Should your flight be canceled due to any other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

We understand that plans may change, and we offer the following cancellation policy:

  • More than 48 hours before the flight: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur no charge, and a full refund will be provided.
  • Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the flight: Cancellations within this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before the flight: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the flight will incur 100% of the booked cost.
  • No-Show: If a passenger does not show up for the flight, 100% of the booked cost will be charged and no refund will be issued.
  • Rescheduled Flights: If you reschedule your flight, no cancellation fees will apply.
  • Credit Refund: Refunds will be processed as a credit refund, meaning the amount charged (minus applicable cancellation fees) will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card).
  • Processing Time: Once we issue the refund instructions to our Merchant Bank, please allow 7-30 working days for the funds to reflect in your account. The exact time may vary based on your payment provider.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only eligible if they comply with our cancellation policy as outlined above.
  • No Refunds Post-Service: Refund requests received after the service has started will not be accepted. If you begin your flight or tour and choose to leave early, no partial refunds will be provided.
  • Disputes: If any dispute arises during the service, we will address it on a case-by-case basis, but no refunds will be provided once the flight has started.

Partial Refund Considerations: If the flight or service is interrupted due to an issue from our side, we will offer a partial refund based on the circumstances, but this is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Discounted Bookings: If you have booked your flight using a special offer, promotion, or discount, your refund will be based on the discounted price. No refunds will be provided based on the original price if a discount was applied at the time of booking.
