Weight Limit: Passengers with a weight exceeding 140 kg cannot be accommodated on the flight.
Group Size: Each flight can accommodate a maximum of 5 passengers.
Pregnancy: Women may fly up to the 32nd week of pregnancy. We recommend consulting your doctor prior to booking.

Check-in Time: Please ensure you arrive at the helipad 45 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time for necessary procedures.
Weather Dependent: All flights are conditional upon suitable weather and visibility.
Route Discretion: Flight paths may be altered due to directives from air traffic control or for operational and safety reasons.
